San Luis Lodges is one of the best hotels in Italy. Located in the Dolomites, South Tyrol, this hotel offers magical views and an amazing stay in the hotel’s chalets.

Our company took over social media management in late November 2023 when the hotel had 120,000 followers and relatively low engagement.

Since then, now in April April 2026, we have grown the hotel’s following by more than 300,000 in this short period, and both engagement and bookings have risen to almost 200%.

We employed various strategies: through effective performance marketing, creating amazing new content for the property, and inviting content creators whose content went viral, we quickly enhanced San Luis’s presence on social media. However, this is not all; we are committed to making it the most followed and famous hotel in Italy.

The Strategy

The hotel's existing audience was an asset, but an underperforming one. A large following with low engagement isn't a community. It's a dormant one. Our focus in the first phase wasn't growth. It was reactivation. We rebuilt the content rhythm to match the natural cycles of the property: the snow season, the hiking months, the long golden evenings of an Alpine summer. Once the existing audience was engaged, growth followed on its own.

What we did

We worked across social, content, and performance simultaneously. The priority in the early months was always the same: make the account feel alive again. San Luis had everything a great hotel account needs. It just needed someone to bring it together with consistency and intention.

In just one year, San Luis gained over 300,000 new followers, doubling the audience size the hotel had built over years. A direct result of sharper content, better distribution, and creator partnerships chosen for quality over reach.
